Re-enrolling domestic students

Before you enrol online—find out what courses you need to take to complete your degree and plan your timetable.

Applications are open for 2018 study

Current and returning students still need to re-enrol for each year of study.

Applications are open to study in 2018—apply by 20 January 2018 (limited entry programmes by 1 December 2017).

1. Plan your programme and select courses

Find out what courses you need to do this year, check your degree requirements to make sure you are on track. Use the Planning your Programme form to plan and select your courses for the year.

If you need to talk to someone, contact your Faculty office.

2. Plan your timetable

Visit the course finder to plan out your timetable or use the Planning your programme form to make sure you don’t have any clashes.

3. Calculate your fees

Use the Fees estimator tool to calculate your fees for the year.

4. Changing courses

If you are already enrolled and studying this year, you can change or add Trimester Three courses as follows:

Use the course add/drop tool in myVictoria (select the My Study tab and go to the Add/Drop Courses option) or visit your Faculty office.

You can add or drop courses at the beginning of each trimester­­­—see the course withdrawal dates for 2017. We recommend that you complete your course changes by the end of the first week to avoid getting behind in the lectures.

Places on any given course are not guaranteed as the course may already be full.

Loans and allowances

If you are withdrawing from a course it may impact your eligibility for a student loan. Refer to Loans and allowances for further information.

5. Student ID

You must have a current Student ID card. Find out how to update your Student ID card, replace your card, benefits of having ID card and swipe card access to Victoria University buildings.
