Dr Noelle Donnelly

Introduction

Noelle is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, and a Research Associate of the Centre for Labour, Employment and Work.

She joined the School of Management from the Smurfit Graduate School of Business at University College Dublin, Ireland. She is graduate of Warwick Business School in the UK, where she completed her doctorate in the Employment Practices of Small Country Multinational Corporations. Her research interests lie across the areas of International HRM, Employee Voice and the Experience and Nature of Work.
