  • Asia-NZ Foundation: Postgraduate research grants

    These grants are intended for new research that will promote debate and discussion on matters relating to Asia and New Zealand with implications for foreign and trade policy.
    Possible themes include:
    international relations, regional security, interfaith issues, security challenges, or regional environmental issues
    trade policy issues in Asia; transnational economic integration (e.g. value chains and production networks); governance and regulation (e.g. SOEs, government procurement, labour and investment flows).

  • Faculty of Commerce Undergraduate Exchange Scholarships

    Closing Date: 01-05-2019

    In order to facilitate the ability to participate in these exchanges, the Dean of the Faculty of Commerce will grant scholarships to eligible students who have been approved for exchange to institutions of strategic importance to the University, and who meet the requirements of the selection panel. A current list of approved exchange partners can be obtained from the Faculty Office or from the Student Exchange Coordinator, Victoria International.

    The general purpose is to enable New Zealanders to study international relationships or social and economic conditions at a university overseas. Candidates will be planning to study at Masters or PhD level.

  • Kia Ora Foundation Patricia Pratt Music Scholarship

    Closing Date: 01-03-2019

    The purpose of the scholarship is to assist outstanding New Zealand musical performers who have completed an honours degree in musical performance in New Zealand to continue their musical development at a renowned international music school or conservatorium. The scholarship will be awarded for classical music performance including vocal or instrumental performance or conducting.

  • Kura Mai Tawhiti Scholarships

    Closing Date: 01-05-2019

    In order for Māori students to participate in international exchanges, the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Māori) will grant scholarships to eligible students who have been approved for exchange to approved exchange partner institutions, and who meet the requirements of the selection panel.
