Talk to us

Get course planning advice and visit the expos to talk to people from our faculties, schools, student services, and clubs.

Course planning

Our liaison team visit most secondary schools for course planning, and individual course planning appointments can be made outside of Open Day in our Wellington or Auckland offices.

Course planning sessions are offered at Open Day—see the timetable for when and where these sessions are during the day.

These are group course planning sessions based on degrees where our staff give you guidelines on how to plan your first-year courses.

You can book individual course planning appointments on Thursday 22 August by filling in the online form. If you have any questions, email info@victoria.ac.nz or call 0800 VICTORIA (842 867).

Expos

Visit expos for our faculties, schools and student services between 8 am and 3 pm on Level 2 in the Hub and in the Maclaurin, Te Toki a Rata, Cotton, and Alan MacDiarmid buildings.

You can also check out a sample of our 180+ student clubs at the Club Zone in the Tim Beaglehole Courtyard, or take a look at the Sports Zone in the Recreation Centre, between 10 am and 2 pm.

There will be interactive stands and student performances happening throughout the day in Level 1 of the Hub, so make sure you check these out too.

We'll have student ambassadors all around the campus to help you out during the day.

We’ll also have information desks and student ambassadors at our Te Aro and Pipitea campuses to show you around and answer your questions.
