I understand memberships may be put on hold for a minimum of 4 weeks and a maximum of 16 weeks and that when the stated hold period or maximum 16 week period has passed, the membership will automatically be restarted. I acknowledge that there may be a pro-rata amount payable related to my payment cycle and hold date. You must see reception to get an updated sticker on your card when your membership restarts.
