Cardio and weights induction
A free 30 minute induction session covering how to use the equipment for members who are new to the gym. See what sessions are available and make a booking.
Kick Start programme
If you're new to the gym, this programme is for you. A Kick Start session is aimed at first time gym users who would like advice on using equipment in the gym and a basic programme to follow.
One of our friendly trainers will work with you to help you feel comfortable in our environment, set your health and fitness goals and prepare a programme that will help you on your way to achieving them.
Cost: $15 per session.
If you have a specific goal in mind or you're training for a particular event, the programme prescription allows you to work with one of our trainers to create (or alter) a programme that is specific to your goals.
You will have an initial consult where specific goals can be determined, then a follow up session where the programme created for you is explained and demonstrated.
Cost: $30 per programme.
If you need a bit of extra motivation or push, we offer affordable personal training options. Our qualified personal trainers will tailor a programme to suit each individual.
