Semiparametric Maximum Likelihood Estimation in Case-control Sampling

Missing Data in Semi-parametric Models

Information Criteria and Model Selection

EM Algorithm and Variational Bayesian Methods

I received a PhD in Statistics from the University of Auckland. In 2006, I joined the Statistics and Operations Research group as a lecturer.

My main research interest is application of profile likelihood estimation in semi-parametric models. Applications include

  • Response selective sampling,
  • Mixture models,
  • Cox regression model and its extension
