Adrian comes from a research and commercial consulting background, and has over a decade of experience lecturing in economics. Adrian provides a rare combination: a track record of successfully managing complex and multidisciplinary commercial research, a curiosity about developing and linking economic theory to the real world, and a commitment to bringing a passion for real world applications of economics to teaching. As Director of the Graduate Professional Economics Programme, Adrian is eager to harness this background and the professional network so that the Victoria Business School best meet the needs of our stakeholders and to improve the practice and profession of economics in New Zealand and in a global context. Victoria University’s brand new Graduate Programme in Professional Economics (ProEcon) is flexible and designed to meet students’ needs. The programme will attract people that wish to extend their economics knowledge, acquire an economic toolbox and gain practical experience.
