This material is provided for convenience for teaching and research purposes and is subject to the same copyrights as the figures in the printed version of the book.

Most of the theoretical figures can also be directly reproduced in Matlab (and therefore adapted), using the example scripts provided with the SERS and Plasmonics codes.
