Facilities
Find out about some of the facilities used by the Natural Products Chemistry research group.
Excellent NMR facilities are available on-site at the School of Chemical and Physical Sciences. The suite includes a 600 MHz spectrometer, which is necessary for our structural identification work.
We also have the latest liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LCMS) equipment.
Our collaborations with biologists at our University enable us to access bioactivity profiling via yeast chemical genetics and cell-based testing facilities.
We are also working with a group that has expertise in the study of bacterial biosynthetic pathway manipulation.
