Student and Academic Services

The Student and Academic Services office offers a range of services that cover all student-related matters from applications and enrolment to graduation.

Welcome to the Faculties of Science and Engineering at Victoria University of Wellington.

Our aim is to create a client-focused, friendly environment where all who visit our area not only feel welcome, but also receive support and advice of high quality.

There are four advisors who perform both generic and specialist student administration functions in support of all undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled in taught programmes. A fifth advisor manages the candidatures of thesis students.

You are most welcome to contact us by phone or email, or meet with us in the Faculty Office. Formal appointments are not required.

We hope you enjoy all aspects of your time at Victoria University and that the Faculty Office we will add to the quality of your experience.
