This Award was established via the Victoria University Foundation by Professor John Miller of the School of Biological Sciences and is awarded to a student who has successfully completed CLNR 405 with a high academic standard.
The Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research (PGDipClinRes), launched in July 2010, was the first such focused postgraduate programme in New Zealand and provides existing and potential clinical researchers with the skills and expertise to undertake drug development and clinical trials.

The Award was established via the Victoria University Foundation by Professor John Miller of the School of Biological Sciences. The PGDipClinRes will enhance the future performance of the health sector in the areas of clinical research and health education.

1. The prize will go to a candidate who has successfully completed CLNR 405 with high academic standing.

2. The successful recipient shall be selected by the Head of School of Biological Sciences.

3. One prize will be awarded each year subject to available funds.

4. The prize may be held in conjunction with other awards.

5. Recipients will be asked to write a letter of thanks.
