Research interests

Cell function and molecular pathology and toxicology. Experimental approaches include use of cell culture and confocal microscopy for detection of cellular change and mass spectrometry for analysis of protein modification.

My laboratory has over twenty years experience in use of proteomics for analysis of proteins associated with normal and disease processes in plants and animals including humans. Specific interests are in membrane function and membrane proteins and in coordinated analysis of proteomic and metabolic data.
