Legal Terms of the Time: This section provides a link to the criminal definitions published by the Proceedings of the Old Bailey, 1674-1913, website. From the homepage, select the link entitled "About the Proceedings" and then select "Crime, Justice and Punishment" and finally select "Crimes tried at the Old Bailey".
