We can deliver, set up and remove a range of portable audio-visual equipment to locations without an installed system, or if you need additional equipment.

Portable audiovisual equipment

Digital Solutions can provide a range of portable equipment to locations that do not have permanently installed audiovisual systems or where additional items are required. Once equipment has been booked and a confirmation email received, you can expect the equipment to be delivered, set up and removed by a member of the Teaching Technology team.

All AV equipment should be booked through the Staff Service Centre.

The following AV equipment is available for booking:

PC laptop computers
Mac laptop computers
Document cameras
Data projectors
Portable screens
Webcams
Conference phones
PA systems
Amplified speakers
Wired and wireless microphones
Lecterns
Digital audio recorders
Assistive listening systems
VHS video players
DVD players.

The quantities of many of these items are limited so to guarantee a booking, a minimum of 48 hours notice during business hours is required.
