You can access any of the Self Help features when you are logged on as a staff member.

The Config Updates system is a direct link to the Configuration Management Database used by ITS to record computers assigned to VUW staff members. The current Config Updates system has been retired and we are working on a replacement. We hope to have this available by March 2014 - in the meantime you can email the ITS Service Desk for information or changes regarding these records.

The Rollout Website (available prior to annual computer replacement project) holds the list of computers due for replacement; use this to order your replacement.

Request Help

The ITS Service Desk provides assistance over the phone between the hours of 8:00 am and 9:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm on Fridays, and from 1:00pm to 5:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays.  The phone number is 463 5050.

Log a call using Resolve-IT or via email address, check out the status of existing calls or update existing calls with more information.
