Victoria University of Wellington offers two extracurricular leadership programmes designed to enhance degree study and employability.
Victoria International Leadership Programme (VILP) is an award-winning extracurricular programme designed to develop leadership potential, and advance international knowledge and intercultural awareness. It’s academically oriented around seminars, speaker events, and activities to inspire students to think creatively about how to address global leadership challenges.
Victoria Plus is the University’s service and leadership development programme. This three-part programme helps develop leadership, social responsibility, and employability skills.
