Changing courses

You can change your courses at the beginning of a trimester once you have completed your enrolment for that trimester.

International students who have enrolled online will still need to wait until they have completed their enrolment in person before making any changes to their course selection.

If you want to change your courses, you must make sure you are still enrolled in three to four courses (45 to 80 points) each trimester to study full time and meet the conditions of your student visa.

Course withdrawal deadlines

We recommend that you complete your course changes by the end of the first week of trimester to avoid getting behind in your classes. Course changes will be accepted until the end of the second week of trimester and must meet the course withdrawal dates.

If you withdraw from a course after the course withdrawal date, you will not receive a refund of your course fees.

How to change your courses

To change a course, you need to contact your faculty during the first two weeks of classes.

You can contact your faculty by visiting the faculty office in person or by emailing. Make sure you tell your faculty the following information:

  • your full name
  • your student ID number
  • your date of birth.

You will have the opportunity to get additional course advice from your faculty office once you are on campus.
