The Victoria Plus Programme, Victoria Business School, and Volunteer Wellington invite you to a special debate on the merits of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Join moderator Professor Ian Williamson, Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Dean of Victoria Business School, for a debate with a panel of experts on whether Corporate Social Responsibilityis just greenwash.

Arguing that Corporate Social Responsibility is greenwash:

  • Associate Professor Valentina Dinica (School of Government, Victoria Business School)
  • Dennis Barnes (CEO, Contact Energy)
  • Jordan Lankshear (final year BCom student majoring in Information Systems and Management with a minor in Public Policy).

Arguing that Corporate Social Responsibility isn't greenwash:

  • Professor Karen Smith (Associate Dean, Teaching and Learning, Victoria Business School)
  • Louise Aitken (CEO, Ākina Foundation)
  • Joshua Finegan (final year BCom student majoring in Economics, Public Policy and Econometrics).
