Leadership Week celebrates our student leaders who support our community and showcases the University’s leadership opportunities for students.

Presented by Victoria University of Wellington's Careers and Employment service and Victoria International, Leadership Week is an annual event that celebrates our student leaders and showcases the University's award-winning, globally-recognised leadership programmes—Victoria Plus and the Victoria International Leadership Programme.

This year’s Leadership Week includes a daily line-up of leadership events and workshops hosted on campus, and open to all students at Victoria University of Wellington—visit CareerHub for more information and to register.

Women in Leadership with Vanisa Dhiru

Monday 8 July, 11.30 am to 12.20 pm, Rutherford House

Ethical Leadership with Professor Karin Lasthuizen

Tuesday 9 July, 11.30 am to 12.20 pm, Rutherford House

Karin is the Brian Picot Chair in Ethical Leadership and her workshop will focus on her research and consultancy work in ethical leadership and ethics management in public and private sector organisations. http://bit.ly/Karin-Lasthuizen

Outward Bound workshop

Leadership in Sport with Lara Andrews

Lara Andrews is the University’s Clubs Manager, plays softball for the New Zealand White Sox, and is completing her PhD in Human Development and Family Science. Hear from Laura about how leadership skills can be transferred across different parts of your life. http://bit.ly/Lara-Andrews

Victoria Plus morning tea and networking event
