Interests

Kevin Lo joined the USF BPS as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Organizations, Leadership and Society in March 2011. He completed the USF joint MBA - Master of Asia Pacific Studies(MAPS) degree program in December 2001. His scholarly work and teaching center on cross-cultural management and communication, and he adds to the growing focus on international business and organizational issues with a special emphasis on Chinese business.

Kevin, a native of Hawaii, completed his undergraduate studies in East Asian Studies (China Track) as well as Comparative Literature (English and Chinese) at Brown University. Following his first round of graduate studies at USF, he completed the doctoral program in International Management at the University of Hawaii. In addition, Kevin has studied in Taipei and Beijing. His research has focused on cross-cultural communication and interpersonal networks as well as on differing conceptions of time across cultures.
