Research Interests

Projects face lots of challenges during construction due to poor front end analysis and my research focuses on in-depth analysis of sustainable construction throughout the building lifecycle using building information modelling (BIM). Other interest includes construction management, IT, law, green and risk.

Current Research Projects

I am currently exploring development of an automated green rating system under the Malaysian Carbon Reduction and Environmental Sustainability Tool, sustainable 3D printing shelter design for disaster management and 6D BIM framework for improving facilities management in Wellington healthcare facilities. Other BIM applications include education, sustainability, retrofit, cost analysis, Location Based Management (LBM) and IOT.
