Up until February 2024	Offers continue to be sent as places become available when other students decline their offers or withdraw.
18 February 2024	Move-in day for halls, flats and apartments.

1 April 2024	Trimester 2 hall applications open.
1 May 2024	Halls start to review Trimester 2 applications.
Early May–early July 2024	Trimester 2 offers sent to applicants.
30 June 2024	Move-in day for Trimester 2.

If you are already living in a hall but want to stay in Trimester 3 over summer, you’ll need to reapply for a room.

1 August 2024	Hall applications open for Trimester 3.
September 2024–January 2025	Offers made for Trimester 3 rooms.

1 August 2024	Hall applications open for 2025.
15 September 2024	Last day to change hall preferences. Halls start to review applications. Initial offers sent to applicants.
1 October 2024	First round of applications close. Applications received after 1 October will be placed in a waiting pool as halls continue to review applications.
October 2024–February 2025	Offers continue to be sent as places become available when other students decline their offers or withdraw.
16 February 2025	Move-in day for halls, flats and apartments.
