The Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDipBA) is a comprehensive programme for anyone with demonstrated management potential, and several years’ practical experience in the business, government or private sector. It will provide you with the broad-based management education you need to get your managerial career path moving quickly and in the direction that you want.

As the pace of change in the workforce quickens, managers are continually challenged by new concepts, processes, products and environments.
At Victoria Management School, we have an enthusiastic teaching team and a comprehensive suite of Post-Experience programmes specifically designed to support the lifelong learning that modern managers require. Firstly, our programmes recognise that you already have a considerable managerial or administrative knowledge base that you have built up from your past work experience. Our research-led teaching builds on your existing experience with new perspectives on management concepts and processes. That’s why we call them ‘post-experience’ programmes. In the long tradition of Victoria University, we will “make you think” encourage "out -of-the-box" thinking by blending our knowledge and your experience.
Secondly, when you enter our programmes, you will be joining a team of like-minded, lifelong learners who are also keen to continue their learning experiences. Learning from and with each other is an important part of the Victoria Post-Experience experience. Face-to-face classroom-based learning, discussion and group assignments are as important as individual effort in our programmes.
Thirdly, our staircasing approach to building your qualifications, and linkages into the wider Victoria University community, means that we have a valuable study programme no matter what stage you are at. Our Certificate of Management Studies gives you an introduction to post-experience studies.
If you want more, you have the option (depending upon performance) to move on to the MBA. And no matter what qualification you pursue, after you graduate you can keep in touch with what’s happening in the world of management via Executive Development short courses. Victoria Alumni also helps you keep in touch with the colleagues you meet on the programmes.
