Programme

The MBA programme is structured in four distinct parts combining a unique balance of taught courses, professional development days and academic workshops. The MBA can be completed in 18 months of full time study and we also have part time study options available.
Our programme combines core courses that are prescribed by the programme and elective courses that you can tailor to meet your needs and interests.
The core courses are designed to provide:
- conceptual depth across the functional spectrum of modern business
- contemporary management experience, focusing on common issues in management
- a strategic perspective.
Elective courses cater to your personal needs and interests that can be chosen to enhance your studies in business making you unique prospect to new and current employers.

About our courses
Courses are taught in a lecture based format on campus and involve class discussion and debate by students.
In addition there is an expectation that much of the learning will occur after class in study groups, completing applied projects and assignments based on real business organisations.
To succeed in our MBA programme you will need to demonstrate:
- A high level of motivation and personal commitment. Given the mode of delivery, full attendance is a critical success factor.
- Work experience in a relevant business setting, contextual empathy is critical.
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- An ability to demonstrate academic competence.
- Leadership potential in management.
Expect to commit 20-30 hours a week for part-time students and up to 60 hours a week for full-time students.
