Short courses and non-degree programmes

Victoria offers a range of courses beyond those leading to a degree. Whatever your aspirations or reason for studying, we have something to suit.

Pre-degree courses and programmes

Some students may not be ready for degree-level study straight away. We offer a number of introductory courses and programmes to prepare students for study.

Our pre-degree programmes in English Language Proficiency and Tohu Māoritanga do not require University Entrance, though there is a selection process.

Find out more about the pre-degree courses and programmes we offer.

Certificate programmes

Certificate programmes offer opportunities to gain a qualification in Deaf Studies and Management Studies.

Certificate of Proficiency

You can enrol in a Certificate of Proficiency if you want to do a course without counting it towards a Victoria degree. You still need to gain admission to Victoria.
