School visits and expos

From March to September, our staff travel New Zealand talking to students like you about coming to Victoria. Find out what we're doing in your area.

School visits

Our Liaison Officers visit schools around the country during terms one and two to introduce you to Victoria University and Wellington. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about Victoria’s programmes and courses, as well as the student experience.

We also talk about admission requirements, school leaver scholarships and accommodation, and give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Come along to a presentation at your school to find out what makes Victoria University of Wellington special, and our capital city an exciting place to live and study.

School visits (course planning)

In term three and four, our Liaison Officers visit your school to help you plan your programme of study. It’s a good idea to come to a course planning session with some ideas about what degree/s and major/s you’d like to study here at Victoria University of Wellington.

If you miss your school’s course planning session, you can also book course planning or contact us to get help with your programme of study.
