We provide solution-focused counselling for issues impacting on your study and wellbeing. We offer a safe, confidential place to talk about aspects of you, your life and your relationships. We will listen, reflect back, and provide guidance and support so that you can make changes that you need for yourself.
2–3 sessions is often enough to help manage things better and get your life and your studies back on track. If you need more sessions, we will discuss this with you and work together to develop a plan.
