Group exercise timetable

Our group exercise programme has a wide range of classes to choose from, with something for everyone the whole year round.

Duration: all group classes run for 50 minutes (except HIIT which is 30 minutes).
Meditation: is a free class, you don't need a membership

Kelburn Recreation Centre
