We have a range of different sports opportunities available, catering for casual through to competitive users.
Our social sports leagues are designed specifically for students and a great way to get active in a fun and friendly environment.
We run leagues each trimester for Basketball, Netball and Football. All leagues are up at Kelburn campus; Football is played at Boyd-Wilson Field and Arena, and Basketball and Netball in the Main Gym in the Recreation Centre.
Registrations for Trimester One Leagues open on Monday 6 March. For more information, email Josie Fitzsimons
Entries are accepted on a first in, first served basis and fees must be paid in full when you register.
Organising or joining a team
You can either get your friends together and enter a team or register as an individual and we can put you in a team. This is a great way to meet new, like-minded people.
If you're not a Victoria student you're still welcome to join or register as part of a team—just note the different team criteria on the registration form, as this will determine your fees.
Just Play - casual sports
These sessions are perfect for students who are keen to stay active and meet like-minded people, but don’t want a regular or ongoing commitment.
You can show up on the day, spaces are booked for a range of sports and it is up to the students who attend to arrange friendly games.
