- Taekwondo is an exciting Korean martial art which translates as the ‘art of kicking and punching’.
- It is a combination of the knowledge and self-discipline of the martial art, with modern training techniques.
- New members and beginners are welcome throughout the year—feel free to come and watch or join us for a few sessions, we are a friendly bunch.
- There are numerous grading opportunities throughout the year which is a chance to grow and progress. Dan/Poom promotion tests are conducted according to the Regulations for Promotion Tests of the Kukkiwon—World Taekwondo Headquarters.
