New to Uni?Beginning UniversityCongratulations on becoming a university student! The demands of academic work and establishing a social life create challenges. Here are some strategies to help you adjust to your new learning environment and become a self-directed learner:
Coping with your academic workBefore you begin your studies, read your course outline carefully, talk with faculty staff to find out what is expected of you while you are studying. While you are studying at Victoria, you can also work with staff at the Student Learning Support Service to help you achieve your academic potential.
