Appointments

If you haven't been to the Counselling Service before you have several choices in regard to seeing a counsellor: initial_&_follow-up_appointment or emergency_appointment. All counselling sessions for enrolled VUW students are free. You can make appointments by contacting Counselling_Service or by calling in to any of the counselling clinics at Kelburn, Karori or Pipitea campuses.

Regardless of your study campus you can attend the counselling clinic of your choice according to your convenience and appointment availability. You will also be offered a choice of counsellor including, male or female and Maori or International students counsellors.
