Recruitment material

Hard copy recruitment brochures and application forms can be made available to students on a reference and/or pick-up basis.

• When developing recruitment materials it's a good idea to consult Vic Careers about content and presentation.
• Please ensure that all information in electronic and hardcopy format is accurate and consistent.

Posters

Make sure posters are clear and visually appealing, will attract the audience you are targeting and contain all relevant details such as the name of the organisation and/or opportunities, subject areas of interest, application closing date, and time of presentation/ career event if relevant.

Posters must be A4 in size. Space is strictly limited on campus and display of posters larger than A4 cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery of recruitment material

If recruitment brochures and application forms are to be distributed by Vic Careers please courier sufficient copies and provide us with your contact details should we need to request additional supplies. Ensure material is packaged in boxes weighing 10kgs or less.

Recruitment material presented in unusual sizes and shapes must be discussed with Vic Careers prior to delivery.
