Activity Verification Form Complete after each role and hand into the Victoria Plus office. Actual points are allocated on receipt of forms.

Community Activity Proposal Form Must be completed by providers outside of the University unless they are on the approved list already. Students request that it is filled in by a supervisor in the organisation where they volunteer.

Professional and Personal Development

Professional and Personal Development Verification Form Complete at every approved workshop/seminar and hand in to the Victoria Plus office.
