Whānau Housing
Whānau Housing consists of four houses which accommodate 20 students. Priority is given to students with knowledge of tikanga and te reo Māori.

Whānau Housing comprises four houses, all furnished and providing accommodation for 20 students. |

14 single rooms; three shared rooms. Kitchen utensils and all furniture provided. Bedding can be arranged to accommodate whānau who may wish to visit for one or two days. |

Meals are the responsibility of residents who will be rostered to coordinate food purchases and meal preparation. |

Residents have access to a communal phone and cost is included in rent. |

Internet connection via telephone and modem at residents' own expense. |

Whānau Housing is approximately five minutes from Kelburn Campus, and 10 minutes to the city. |

Washing machines and dryers are provided. |
 |
No off-street parking. Can apply for residential parking permit from Wellington City Council. |

Residents are responsible for cleaning their own rooms and communal areas. |
 |
Smoking is permitted outside only. |
 |
Day-to-day operations are managed by University Hall. |
