Planning your day

Getting organised
Sort out your ‘must-dos’ first by using the alphabetical list of sessions faculty-by-faculty in our 2011 programme (pg 4-7) and then fill in the blanks. Have a think about what you want to find out at the expos and if you want to take a campus or accommodation tour. And make some time to chill-out, take it all in, and grab something to eat.

Getting here
By bus
There are free buses leaving from Bunny Street, at our Pipitea Campus, next to the Railway Station at 8.15, 8.30, 8.45, 9.00, 9.15 and 9.30am. Victoria students will be waiting outside the station to welcome you and show you the way to the buses. Buses 18 and 23 also run to the Kelburn Campus (www.metlink.org.nz)

From 10am buses will be leaving from our Kelburn Campus (Gate 6) and looping around the city, stopping on the Terrace, at our Pipitea and Te Aro campuses and on Willis Street.

By cable car
The Wellington Cable Car departs Lambton Quay for Kelburn every ten minutes.

By foot
Kelburn Campus is a 15–20 minute walk from the Railway Station. Just ask one of our students at the station or at our Info Pod at Rutherford House for directions.

By car
There is no parking available on Kelburn Campus and it is very limited in the surrounding area, so we strongly recommend that you do not drive.
