Biography
Rowan is an administrative assistant at Te Kura Tatau. As well as providing support for the School, its staff and its students, his role includes maintaining information sources and meeting information needs - for example, working with school databases and the school website. He also assists the School Manager with finance and HR responsibilities.
Rowan has a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and mathematics education, and an honours degree in mathematics, from Te Whare Wānanga o te Ūpoko o te Ika a Māui. He is also a qualified secondary mathematics and physics teacher, and believes in making mathematics accessible to all students. His hobbies include many aspects of computing, including website design, games, and networking.
