MARK 302 - International Marketing (Distance)
This course applies marketing concepts to the international arena and examines some of the major issues and decisions faced by New Zealand companies and organisations in marketing their goods and services abroad.

Distance course structure
The distance course have:
- Short video lectures you can view as many times as you wish
- Video case studies to expand your knowledge
- Interactive exercises to reinforce your learning
- Tutors and a lecturer who check discussion boards daily Monday to Friday during term time.
The assessment is similar to the on-campus courses including sitting an examination. It is possible to sit the examination away from Wellington but you will have to pay the costs in doing so. To discuss please email the Examination Coordinator.

Who can take this distance course?
This course is offered to people who are unable to take the on- campus courses due to work, childcare responsibilities, timetable clashes, or because they are living outside of Wellington. As with the on-campus course you must have passed MARK 201 - Marketing Management, MARK 202 - Buyer Behaviour and MARK 203 - Market Research.
Computer specifications
- 1.6 GHz processor or better
- Netbooks are not recommended
- Windows XP or 7
- MACs must be using Leopard (10.5) or greater
- Internet connection – broadband recommended
- Sound card and speakers or headphones
- Adobe Acrobat Reader (you can download this free from Adobe)
- QuickTime 7 installed (you can download this free from Apple)
- RunRev installed (you can download this free from RunRev)
