Nguyen Hoang Sinh completed his Masters of Commerce at Curtin University in Australia under an AusAid scholarship. From 2007 he held an academic position with Ho Chi Minh City Open University before gaining an NZAid scholarship for a PhD programme in Marketing at Victoria University.
