Gloria Sraha completed her undergraduate studies in Ghana, before heading to the UK and the University of the West of Scotland in 2008 to gain her Master's in International Marketing. She joined SMIB's PhD programme in 2012.

Nguyen Hoang Sinh completed his Masters of Commerce at Curtin University in Australia under an AusAid scholarship. From 2007 he held an academic position with Ho Chi Minh City Open University before gaining an NZAid scholarship for a PhD programme in Marketing at Victoria University.
