A Career in Information Management

The ability to manage information services, information technology, and information systems is a worldwide need in businesses, industries, governments, and not-for-profit organisations, and this demand for information professionals will continue for the foreseeable future.

The Master of Information Management (MIM) is a postgraduate, post-experience, professional, managerial qualification that will prepare you for an advanced career in these exciting fields. The degree programme is designed for maximum flexibility to accommodate students with a variety of backgrounds and career goals. It will appeal to professionals with working experience who wish to pursue a career in management of information services, information systems, e-government, enterprise systems and electronic commerce.

There is a  strong emphasis in the MIM courses on development of managerial skills in realistic organisational environments. Graduates will be recognised as having obtained a qualification enabling them to advance to the highest levels of their profession.
