The School of Chemical and Physical Sciences offers an outreach educational programme in Chemistry, Physics and Electronic Engineering each year. This programme aims to give a group of students selected from your School the opportunity to come to Victoria University and experience the excitement of experimental Chemistry, Physics and Electronics in a tertiary educational environment. We intend the programme to extend students who have a strong interest in science and who like a challenge.
Please note that health and safety regulations require all students attending Chemistry workshops to wear closed shoes.
Senior Programme
We run a senior programme for students in years 12 and 13 in the mid year break. The programme consists of 2 hour sessions that start at 9:30am and 12:30pm. Your school can book up to one session each of Chemistry, Physics and Electronic Engineering for your senior students’ workshops.
Junior Programme
The Junior Programme is currently under review. Information for the 2012 programme will be available in term 2.
