Postgraduate Certificate in Health Care

On this page:

Our healthcare programmes have been developed for people with backgrounds in health-related disciplines such as allied health, midwifery, medicine, health leadership, management, service development, quality assurance and education.

The Postgraduate Certificate in Health Care (PGCertHC) requires you to complete two 30-point courses that will be applicable to your practice. These can be selected from a range of core and elective courses (for a full list of course offerings, see our course list).

Once you have completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Care successfully, you may be able to apply for entry to the Postgraduate Diploma in Health Care (PGDipHC) or Master of Health Care (MHC).

Your Certificate courses may count towards these programmes. However, you will be required to relinquish your Certificate when you are awarded a higher qualification.
