The award was presented to Victoria, Athfield Architects and Architectus at the CEFPI Annual Regional Conference in Canberra on 27 May 2015. The award winners were selected by a panel of independent jurors drawn from across Australasia. There were 89 submissions from across Australasia and 16 awards and commendations were presented across six categories.
The aim of the Awards is to enhance the profile of design and building development as it applies to all educational facilities across Australasia. The awards recognise projects that “best demonstrate the effectiveness of comprehensive planning, design and construction relating to improving student learning”.
