Making Bookings

We invite all language courses to make bookings in VZ003 and VZ011 for teaching with multimedia content and specialised technologies. For detailed information on equipment click here.

Guidelines:

  • Course coordinators, teachers, or administrators can make bookings from their own VUW computer using Outlook Calendar.
  • See above right to download detailed instructions on how to make bookings
  • The base entitlement for a course is one hour per tutorial group in a week, for up to eight weeks in a trimester.
  • Bookings can be made anytime during the trimester, providing flexible teaching options
  • Bookings are moderated by LLC staff
  • For teaching in the LLC's computer classrooms, contact Edith about training and the preparation of digitised materials
  • The current schedule for classes in both rooms can be viewed in Outlook Calendar

Contact Yolande for enquiries and assistance

Note: Changes and deletions can be made in Outlook Calendar only by the person who made the original booking, and the administrator.

Ground Rules

  • Teachers and tutors are responsible for students in the classroom
  • No food or drink near the equipment
