Welcome to this online NZSL practice zone! This site has been specially created for NZSL students at Victoria to give you another way of practising your comprehension skills in an interactive medium.
These exercises allow you to watch short video clips of signers, and respond by clicking on or entering responses to questions. You will get immediate feedback on whether your answers are correct or not, and you can repeat the exercises as often as you like, at your own pace.
Vols. 1 & 2 will be most suitable for students who have completed DEAF101.
Vols. 3, 4 and 5 are for DEAF102 and DEAF201 students.
Select the topics by clicking on the left hand menu and follow the instructions given at the top of each exercise.
Enjoy yourself!
