If you can't find the answer there, or you want assistance with your research, you can use our Ask a Librarian service in person, by phone, or through this website.
The usual turnaround for intersite delivery requests is 2-3 working days. In periods of high demand, requests may take slightly longer.
What can I request through the intersite delivery service?
You can request books, book chapters, or journal articles for intersite delivery. Books will be physically delivered to your home library. Book chapters and articles will be scanned and emailed to you as a PDF. Copying of chapters and articles is governed by the Copyright Act 1994.
The following restrictions apply to intersite delivery:
Material will not be supplied if there is a copy at your "home" library.
Whole issues of journals cannot be requested.
Reserve material, reference-only material, and Special Collections material cannot be requested.
Intersite delivery is not available between the Commerce and Law Libraries. If you are based at one of these libraries, please collect items from the other library in person.
Please Note: 1.) You can only request one item each time you use this form. To request another item, please click the Make More Requests button on the Request Confirmation page, after you have clicked the Send Request button
