New Zealand Journal of Public and International Law

The New Zealand Journal of Public and International Law is a fully refereed journal published by the New Zealand Centre for Public Law at the Faculty of Law, Victoria University of Wellington. The Journal was established in 2003 as a forum for public and international legal scholarship.
Occasional Papers

The NZ Centre for Public Law publishes occasional papers. Generally, the papers are based on public lectures given at the Centre. The papers are published in hard-copy and some are also available electronically.
Regulations Review Digest

The Regulations Review Committee Digest, first published in 2004 and now in its third edition, provides a general overview of the role and functioning of the Regulations Review Committee, and synthesises its work into a single, readily accessible source. The primary aim of the Digest is to summarise the Committee's jurisprudence concerning the nine Standing Order grounds under which it may draw regulations to the attention of the House. In addition, it summarises the Committee's jurisprudence concerning general matters regarding regulations developed in its occasional reports.
Working Papers

The Centre makes available working papers from members of the Centre and associated Faculty. The working papers are generally formative versions of publications and projects, on which the authors seek feedback and comment.
Human Rights Research Journal

The Human Rights Research journal was established in 2003 and is published once a year. It is a publication of the Victoria Human Rights Programme, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. The aim of the journal is to publish interdisciplinary research on international human rights. The articles arise out of the annual Human Rights Symposium held at Victoria University each August. The symposium papers address these issues from sociological, historical, theological, philosophical, economic, political as well as legal perspectives.
The Human Rights Research Journal is hosted by the NZ Centre for Public Law on behalf on the Victoria Human Rights Programme.
Other Publications

The Centre has also published various other books, monographs, and articles.
