Lord Collins has just retired in July from the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, where he was one of the first Justices of the new Court. He is internationally renowned as a pre-eminent authority in the Common Law world on international litigation. We are delighted that Lord Collins is able to visit New Zealand as the Inaugural Borrin Fellow in the Law School at Victoria University.
