Wireless networks and internet

Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington provides three wireless networks to suit three different user groups and are available across all campuses.

Users should select one of the following networks:

• VUWstaff—for staff
• VUWstudent—for students
• VUWguest—for visitors, non-staff contractors, and whitelisted devices

To connect a device which does not support connecting to VUWstaff or VUWstudent (Enterprise WPA2/3 Wireless) such as a TV, Google Chromecast, Apple TV, Game Console, or other smart device, follow the instructions to whitelist your device on VUWguest.
